Seven players travelled to Roskilde to take part in the Roskilde Open,which is one of the biggest Danish Ranking tournaments of the year.
Three of the players John Murphy, Andy Boland and Brian Farrell spent three days in Odense at the club of Peter Nilsson. They stayed with families there and practice with the Danish players. It was a very successful few days and they took the train to the tournament at Roskilde where they met up with the others.
At the tournament were Sean Givernaud,Robert Monks,James Berry and Andrew Blanch. They all played many matches over the weekend and gained valuable experience.
Most notable performances were Sean Givernaud in the Junior B category where he got to the semi-final and John Murphy in the same category where he got to the Final. Still a good time was had by all and we won't even mention that card game(take a bow John Murphy)
