It will be a busy for Mark and some of our other Cadets as they shake off the Christmas turkey in style with a burst of activity just into January. First Mark along with Gavin, Andrew and Shane Foster are heading to Blackpool for the Blackpool Four Star Select on January 10/11. This is one of the five major tournaments in England and the standard will be very high.
The Munster Open follows the week after with Ranking points and pride at stake in one of the Major tournaments of the table tennis year. Gavin will be looking to defend his Munster Open Under 12 boys title and all the boys will have their sights on the Under 14s as well. In addition to all this the following weekend Mark will travel with the Irish Squad to the Cotswold Select, another of England's premier events.
Added to all the boys will make their Leinster Senior League debut this month also and it all added up to a very exciting and action packed few weeks. keep up to date on their progress here on the website, which I hope to update a bit more frequently than I did in the past few months.
