Danish Training Camp is a great experience |
We went to Tivoli Gardens on our free day and that was a big hit with the players. It is the oldest amusement park in the world, but it still has some very frightening things- well to me anyway! Rob and Andy went on the Golden Tower. It is 63m high and it just drops you to the ground! They thought it was great - can't argue with that! Here are the pictures to prove it. Actually the chemist lost the other roll with the table tennis on it. We really did train 5 hours a day !Honest, even if I have no pics to prove it. |
Up at 7.15am for your morning run,eat healthy food and train 5 hours a day!! Just perfect! This training camp was of great benefit to the players even if they would not admit it themselves! The training was good with Sean, Andy and Conor in the top group. They trained with Martin Lundqvist,Danish National coach, as their coach. Not only was the training tough but the physicals were also tough but much needed by the Irish players.
